Smart Link email data is retained until the page creator deletes the page or requests deletion of associated data. Click statistics are kept for up to 26 months, after which they are deleted or reduced to non-identifying aggregates.
Website Usage Measurement
If you allow analytics storage, we record first-party page views and basic feature usage under a random session identifier stored in your browser for the duration of the session. We do not use third-party advertising networks, cross-site tracking or profiling. Separately, and regardless of your choice, we log technical error reports (error message, page address and browser type) because they are strictly necessary to keep the service secure and functioning; these contain no session or advertising identifier when you have not consented to analytics.
